The Waters of Wabash West

The Waters of Wabash West is a small community of 44 beds for that homelike feel. We thrive on community involvement with our monthly outings, hosting community Bingo and joining in on golf outings, as well as community parades. We offer a variety of services in-house that include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. 24/7 access to physicians is readily available ensuring the utmost quality of care to our residents. In addition to this, The Waters of Wabash West provides on-site vision, dental, podiatry, audiology services and IV infusion therapy services. The Waters of Wabash West is more than a skilled nursing facility, we are a home away from home. We look forward to your homecoming!
