The Waters of McKenzie

At The Waters of McKenzie, we offer physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy and skilled nursing services. We also provide long term care services with hospice and palliative care. We are a 66-bed facility located in Carroll County. Being a smaller home, we are able to provide more person-centered care. We can incorporate the patients previous occupation into therapy skills to help promote interest and success for returning home. Our facility also prides itself on its long-term care services, many of our skilled patients have chosen to stay as long-term care residents.
