Community Care Center of Hondo

Community Care Center of Hondo was originally built in 1965 with 16 rooms and a 37-bed capacity. A major expansion project completed in 1975 added an additional 20 rooms, a nurse station, and a second dining room - bringing the facilitys bed capacity to 75. Over the last several decades, numerous upgrades and renovation projects have been completed, giving the facility up-to-date amenities while remaining true to its original rural charm. Adding to its many amenities, the facility boasts two dining areas, a resident lounge, and various courtyards and patios for our residents to enjoy. Community Care Center has become a true extension of the Hondo community, with generations of families entrusting us with the care of their loved ones.
