THE BLOSSOMS AT WEST DIXON

The Blossoms at West Dixon was originally built in 1949 as a community hospital and is conveniently located to all major interstates and area hospitals. It is currently licensed for 140 Medicare/Medicaid dual-certified beds. The facility offers semi-private rooms as well as private. Surrounded by tree-lined landscaping and several courtyards, the lush grounds invite residents and their visitors to enjoy the outdoors together – an important part of the healing process.
